Things to Know
Deposit:
A 25% deposit is required to secure your event date.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event.
Deposits are nonrefundable.
Holiday Booking Fees:
Due to increased demand and staffing, holiday event bookings (i.e., Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, etc.,) are subject to an additional fee. Inquire for a custom quote.
Event Site:
Site must accommodate a 30 Foot Mobile Unit to Include Entrance
No rough terrain/hilly surfaces
We reserve the right to set up where we can avoid damage to our equipment to provide a safe and enjoyable experience
Fuel Surcharge:
A fuel surcharge will be added to final invoice for travel above 35 miles
If traveling over 100 miles there will be a fuel surcharge will be added to final invoice plus overnight lodging accommodations. (Contact us for more details)
ALL MOBILE LOUNGE PARTICIPANTS/GUESTS MUST BE 21+ YEARS OLD.
